To return a Foot Support Product, the product must be UNMARKED, like new. You must also return your ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT within 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. There is a $20 NZD restocking fee for returned product
All cushions or leather products are NON-REFUNDABLE for sanitary reasons.
You may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping charges and a $20 restocking fee. You should expect to receive your refund within five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (8 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. New Zealand orders will be charged $10.95 for Track & trace courier shipping. Allow 5-10 working days for all deliveries within New Zealand. International orders will be charged $19.95 depending on your location. If the product is incorrect in size you may ship it back at your own cost (it must be unused and undamaged) and we will pay to ship the correct product back. All base shell products have a 1 year manufacturer guarantee.
