Do the Foot Supports move in the shoe?

The Foot Supports are designed with a roughed piece under the heel to prevent it from moving. If you get the correct size and the foot supports sit correctly behind the ball joint, this will also prevent them moving around. Another common way to prevent them slipping is to use them in conjunction with one of our cushions. The Impact Absorbers are designed to work with the FSI Arch Suppports, so if the supports are placed underneath the cushions, no movement will occur. The final solution to supports moving is to place some velcro under the heel of the arch support and in the heel area of the shoe.

What happens if I buy the wrong size?

We will gladly exchange it for the correct size free of charge. All you need to do is send the incorrect product back to us (it must be unused and undamaged) and then we will send you a replacement in your correct size. The only expense to you will be the shipping costs of returning the incorrect Balance Supports.

Why does shoe size not relate to the Balance Supports size?

Your Balance Supports size is different to your regular shoe size. This is because the Balance Support size is based on the length of your arch, rather than the overall length of your feet. The best way to find your Balance Supports size is by measuring from behind the ball of your foot to the end of your heel. For further information about this, see Find my Balance

Can any one at any age safely use Balance Supports?

It is not recommended for people under the age of 18 to use the Balance Supports. This is because the bones in the foot don't physically harden and become set until a person is over 18 years of age. Therefore using a Balance Supports under 18 may interfere with the natural development of the foot.

How long will my Balance Supports last?

Your Balance Support should last a lifetime. We have done extensive research and quality testing to make the Balance Support as strong and durable as possible. We also offer a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee.

How does this compare to other shoe inserts and arch supports?

The Balance Supports raises the bar when it comes to the design, comfort and healthy benefits of wearing shoe inserts and arch supports. Arch Supports (our previous company with over 130 stores across USA and other parts of the world) have been developed, patented, produced and sold around the world for many years now. The Balance Supports has taken the best lines and optimal features from these products and incorporated them into a new design that is far superior to anything else on the market.

Who shouldn't wear a Balance Support?

The only people who shouldn't wear a Balance Support are people under the age of 18 (because the bones of their feet are too soft) and people who have medical conditions and have been advised by their doctor not to wear a foot arch support.

What types of shoes can I wear the Balance Support with?

Thanks to the very thin design of the Balance Supports, they will fit comfortably into all types of shoes. However we do not recommend using in heels over 5cm (or 2 inches) as this can unbalance the foot.

How often should I wear the Balance Supports?

There are no precise rules for how long or how often you should wear the Balance Supports. Over time, you will learn to listen to your feet and understand what durations are best for you.

What if I experience pain while wearing the Balance Support?

If you experience any pain at all while wearing the Balance Supports, take it out immediately. If pain persists, see a doctor. Any pain or discomfort may mean that you have the wrong size. Call us and we can arrange the right size for you.

What is the difference between the Basic Balance Support and the Leather Balance Supports?

There is no difference in the way that these two products work. They both have the same great benefits for your feet and posture. The only difference is the material against your foot. A lot of people prefer the feel of leather against their skin as it has a more natural and comfortable texture.

Can I wear the Balance Supports in open-backed shoes or sandals?

Yes, you can.  Use small (1" circle or square) Velcro pieces at the heel of both shoe and Balance Supports. Attach the "soft" Velcro piece in the shoe heel seat, and the prickly piece to the underside of the Balance Supports heel.
