Buyer agrees with seller, Foot Supports International Ltd to pay for all purchases upon order of purchase. Charges billed, but not paid will be considered delinquent and subject to financial charges.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for all materials purchased from Foot Supports International Ltd. Buyer agrees to be personally liable for all charges and individually guarantees all payment of all charges promptly.
Buyer agrees to pay standard delivery charges as billed.
Buyer agrees that no refund will be granted unless merchandise is returned within 30 days (less shipping) with invoice attached and in original sales condition. Buyer agrees to supply Foot Supports International Ltd with “notice of commencements”, purchase orders, job numbers, job addresses and a current list of employees permitted to order, pick up and sign for merchandise.
Liability
Foot Supports International Ltd does not make medical devices nor does it offer medical advice and its employees are not medical practioners. The products sold by Foot Supports International Ltd are designed to enhance ones well being. Foot Supports International Ltd, its business and/or franchisees will not be among liable for any injury caused to any persons or people using while wearing the products.
